Bộ môn - Khoa Gây mê BVQY 103 vô cùng thương tiếc báo tin.

Cụ: Đoàn Bá Thả - Đại tá, GS bác sĩ nguyên CNBM, CNK Gây mê, Sinh năm: 1926 đã tạ thế hồi 22 giờ 49 phút ngày 06/8/2021 ( tức ngày 28 tháng 6 năm Tân sửu ). Hưởng thọ 96 tuổi. Lễ truy điệu và đưa tang từ: 7 giờ 30 đến 8 giờ 00 sáng thứ ba ngày 10/8/2021 ( tức ngày 03 tháng 7 năm Tân sửu ). Tại nhà tang lễ số 5 Trần Thánh Tông, Hà nội. An táng tại nghĩa trang Quê nhà cùng ngày. Trưởng nam Đoàn Việt Hải. Kính báo.

Do dịch bệnh COVID - 19 nên gia đình không thể tổ chức lễ viếng. Kính mong mọi người thông cảm!
